Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters critical thinking and collaboration.
• Assess student understanding through various methods, including formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure curriculum consistency.
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
• Minimum one year of teaching experience (preference given to candidates with three or more years of experience in CBSE schools).
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective Social Studies lessons.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum is essential.
