Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum for high school biology.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess student understanding through various methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the science curriculum.
• Attend school events and meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Stay current with developments in the field of biology and incorporate relevant information into instruction.
• Uphold the school's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of high school biology principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and motivate students.
• Strong commitment to student success and professional development.
• Experience using technology to enhance instruction is preferred.
