Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and stock rotation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred
Team player with strong communication and time management skills
