Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, technicians, operators)
Source candidates through agencies, labor suppliers, and local/international channels
Conduct initial screening and coordinate trade tests/interviews
Maintain candidate databases and manpower tracking sheets
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in blue-collar recruitment for the construction sector
Strong knowledge of manpower sourcing, visa processing, and onboarding
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume hiring
Immediate joiners preferred
