Key Responsibilities:
As a successful candidate you will be required to performing the following:
Support in managing the Company’s international litigation and ADR matters;
Support in monitoring and consolidating reporting on international litigation and ADR matters across the enterprise and the energy sector;
Support in monitoring legal, regulatory, and procedural developments in relation to international litigation and ADR; and
Support in the development and delivery of training on key issues in relation to international litigation and ADR.
Minimum Requirements:
As a successful candidate you will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or related study area from a recognized and accredited university. A Paralegal degree or certificate is preferred.
A minimum of (3) three years of experience working as a Paralegal/legal assistant at a major international law firm/major corporate legal department
Experience in disputes, including litigation and arbitration is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of factual research techniques, legal terminology, methodologies and practices.
