Data Analysis Specialist
Job Location : Qatar
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Human Resources department or a similar role.
• Proficiency in performing analysis in a database environment.
• Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis.
• Experience in gathering data and developing insights to support business strategy.
• Hands-on experience in combining operational data and employee feedback from multiple touch points.
• Expertise in designing various employee engagement surveys.
• Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Knowledge of conducting periodic research on best practices and emerging trends.
• Research and diagnostics experience.
• PC literate with proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
• Design and implement effective employee engagement surveys.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
