Your Responsibilities:
Oversee multidisciplinary yard and supply chain operations, shaping operational direction and optimizing procedures to align with industry standards and best practices.
Develop and execute medium and long-term strategic plans for the site, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Continuously monitor site performance, identifying deviations and implementing necessary resources and actions to meet performance targets.
Direct end-to-end pipe logistics to optimize supply chain flow, ensuring efficient management of transportation assets and delivery performance.
Govern end-to-end inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS and digital technologies, ensuring alignment with operations and finance for optimal stock levels.
Lead strategic engagement initiatives with pipe manufacturers and transport vendors, optimizing delivery schedules and overseeing supplier audits for continuous improvement.
Manage site employees' performance, ensuring recruitment, training, and development align with business objectives and operational needs.
Enforce safety and compliance standards, driving a culture of operational excellence and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Prepare and recommend the site’s budget, monitor financial performance against approved plans, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular management and operational reports to the Chief Operations Officer, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic insights for informed decision-making.
Your Qualification:

Over 15 years of experience in operations, site management, or a similar field, with at least 7 years in a managerial role, preferably in pipe manufacturing or trading
Strong experience in pipe yard operations and working with ERP/WMS/YMS platforms and analytics tools
Proven experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) business models
Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a strategic mindset and a proactive, results-driven approach
Experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with Aramco operations; regional or multinational experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, operations management, or a related field
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Preferred Qualification:
Preferred certifications include Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP)
Master’s degree
