Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with project and legal requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Organize safety training sessions for staff and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Maintain HSE documentation and records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or engineering projects.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.).
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and international standards.
Strong communication and training skills.
