Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapy using evidence-based techniques for diverse client needs.
Educate clients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing.
Monitor progress and modify therapy approaches accordingly.
Maintain detailed documentation of sessions and outcomes.
Collaborate with medical, educational, and rehabilitation teams.
Keep current with advances in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid licensure or registration in Qatar or relevant authority.
Prior experience in pediatric or adult speech therapy preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
