Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards.
Assist in developing and implementing HSE procedures, plans, and programs.
Support incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions.
Promote safety awareness and conduct training for site personnel and contractors.
Monitor compliance with local safety laws and ADNOC safety standards.
Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
Coordinate emergency response and first aid activities.
Liaise with project management to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into daily operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with ADNOC project experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are required.
Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.
