Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / Oshad (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Promote safety awareness among staff and contractors.
Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
Conduct safety training sessions.
Maintain safety documentation and records.
Requirements:
NEBOSH/IOSH/Oshad certification (valid and up-to-date).
Proven experience as HSE Officer in construction or industrial projects.
Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
