Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HSE policies in line with local regulations and international standards
Conduct risk assessments and establish safety protocols
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and regulations
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff and subcontractors
Perform regular safety inspections and audits on-site and in the office
Report on HSE performance metrics to management
Promote a safety culture throughout the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as an HSE Manager in construction or contracting companies
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred
Ability to conduct training and safety audits effectively
