Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Lead incident investigations and prepare reports to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate training programs on health, safety, and environmental awareness.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to QHSE.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization.
Review and update risk assessments and emergency response plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years).
Strong knowledge of QHSE legislation and standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to conduct audits and risk assessments effectively.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, etc.) preferred.
