Receptionist
Job Location : UAE
Main Responsibilities :
• Taking and managing new reservations, including adding them to SevenRooms, is also part of your duties.
• Handle members and guests' enquiries or requests, providing accurate assistance or information to meet their needs.
• Record cancelled/refused/waiting lists with reasons for cancellation/refusal and follow up on details.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with relevant parties, ensuring flexibility to exceed guests' expectations.
• Stay updated on all Club's members and refresh your knowledge constantly.
Requirements :
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with high flexibility.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty.
• Flexibility to work long shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
