Content Creator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Work closely with a copywriter for all of the post needs
• Constantly be looking to bring new, fresh ideas to the table and new ways of communicating for our clients
• Collaborate on presentation and explanation of content to client
• You will be responsible for creating new assets for the team to post, sourcing stock photography, occasionally shooting your photography to post, creating motion graphics or short videos (typically from existing assets), creating infographics, and conceiving new ways to connect with our clients.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction projects, completed homes, and client testimonials to showcase the company's craftsmanship and design aesthetic.
Job Details :
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with drone operation and safety regulations.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Edit and produce engaging multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style.
• Stay updated on Construction industry trends and best practices in content creation, incorporating new techniques and technologies to improve content quality and engagement.
• Conduct research on competitor content strategies and audience preferences to identify opportunities for innovative content creation, ensuring that the company remains competitive and relevant in the home-building industry.
• Organize and archive photos and videos, ensuring easy access for future use in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and client presentations.
• Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.
Requirements & Skills :
• 2-5 years experience required in Construction Field
• Fluent in full Adobe Suite
• Fluent in motion graphics editing software
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Must have experience of Construction Field.
