Key accountabilities :
• Strategy Development:Craft and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our real estate goals.
• Content Creation:Lead the development of engaging content for our website, social media, and email campaigns that highlights our projects and resonates with our audience.
• SEO & SEM:Optimize our digital content for search engines and manage paid campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
• Social Media Management:Create and oversee social media campaigns that showcase our properties and foster community engagement.
• Lead Generation:Develop and implement strategies to attract and nurture potential buyers.
• Analytics & Reporting:Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaboration:Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts support our business objectives.
• Market Research:Stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences to refine our marketing strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.
• Strong skills in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
