Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain stock inventory and record keeping.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment.
Issue materials to projects or departments as required.
Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in storekeeping and administrative duties.
Good organizational and inventory management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
