Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial planning, management, and reporting of the hotel.
Develop financial strategies and budgets in alignment with hotel goals.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and revenue streams.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
Implement financial controls and risk management procedures.
Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial analysis tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability is preferred.
