Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement process for hotel supplies, equipment, and services.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Evaluate and select vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements.
Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for procurement needs.
Prepare procurement reports and forecasts.
Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in procurement within the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Immediate availability preferred.
