Salary : 7,800 QAR

– Greets individual guests and patients courteously, upholding a professional demeanor, and promptly assists them in accordance with organizational policies.
– Dispenses information, both verbally and in writing, pertaining to services, locations, options, and amenities available to guests.
– Highlights the significance and impact of quality patient service on healthcare, medical procedures, and the physical infrastructure at Sidra.
– Ensures a positive experience for patients and their families during their time at Sidra.
– Provides multilingual assistance to guests and patients, ensuring effective communication and understanding among diverse groups.
– Aids patients and visitors in navigating the Sidra hospital campus, operating the information kiosks, providing instructions for patient portal self-registration and information for online medicine and supply ordering.
– Accompanies guests to service areas upon request.
– Assists guests with special needs in navigating the hospital, providing guidance on accessible routes, facilities, and services.
– Escalates guest concerns, complaints, suggestions, or incidents immediately to the Supervisor for prompt service recovery intervention.
– Manages incoming patient calls, addressing their queries at either the information desks or the feedback call center.
– Ensures accurate destination information, including department names and phone numbers, is provided before transferring incoming calls.
– Adheres to professional telephone etiquette for handling incoming calls.
– Accurately and promptly documents patient feedback and rounding notes as outlined in departmental guidelines.
– Extends information services to online platforms, providing virtual assistance to web visitors through live chats or chatbots.
– Provides timely responses to all patient inquiries.
