Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and executing sales plans to meet hotel revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional strategies.
Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Hotel/hospitality sales experience (minimum 7 years).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
