Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy Development: Create effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet the staffing needs of our business.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify potential candidates by sourcing and screening resumes to ensure we find the best fit for our roles.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Build and maintain a positive candidate experience that aligns with our brand and values.
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Candidate Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
• Job Promotion: Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings and increase visibility.
• Status Updates: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records.
• Recruitment Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Success in Recruitment: Demonstrate proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prioritization and Time Management: Be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Applicant Tracking Systems: Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
