Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and control all project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and reports.
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and version control of documents.
Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders as per project requirements.
Track document status and follow up on pending items.
Prepare documentation reports for project meetings and audits.
Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
15–20 years UAE experience in document control for engineering or construction projects
Proficiency in Aconex, Procore, or similar document management systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
