Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally in Russian or Arabic
Provide information about hospital services, appointment scheduling, and follow-up procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment schedules
Address patient questions and resolve issues effectively
Coordinate with medical staff and administrative departments as needed
Ensure confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
Follow up with patients for feedback or additional assistance

Requirements:

Fluency in Russian or Arabic (depending on the position)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls efficiently
Good computer literacy and familiarity with hospital management software
Customer-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
