Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Must have Real Estate/Holiday Homes Back Office Experience. Providing full back-office support to agents and team
• Drafting Tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC, leases, agreements, and other required paperwork.
• Handle listings in different portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder and Bayut, Propspace, CRM
• Must be well versed with Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest, DLD registration,
• Deal Management - MOU's and Tenancy Agreements
• DTCM data management.
• Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations
Requirements :
• At least 3 years UAE career experience
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing). Arabic Preferred
• University degree, Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
• Organizational Skills is a must, multitask, Proactive, Proven Resilience, Patient and flexible, Enthusiastic with great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
