Public Relations Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies and officials.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in government policies and procedures, and implement necessary adjustments within the organization.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documents for various governmental requirements, such as work permits, visas, and trade licenses.
• Assist employees with visa and immigration processes.
• Provide guidance and support on government-related matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and other external entities.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with government departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all government transactions and communications.
• Provide support to the HR and administration departments as needed, including handling confidential information and performing general administrative duties.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a valid UAE Driving Licence
