Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Administer employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality.
Support training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and hospital policies.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience in healthcare or similar sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
