Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Russian-speaking customers to understand their requirements.
Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
Assist clients through the sales process, from inquiries to closing deals.
Maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
Fluent in Russian and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused approach.
