Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients for service reminders, feedback, and post-sales support.
Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar front desk or CRM role, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
