Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at facilities.
Promote safety awareness and conduct training sessions for staff and contractors.
Monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HSE Officer in facilities management or related fields.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Good understanding of Saudi safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication and observational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
