Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Overview :
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and strategic activities for the Board of Directors
• Handle official correspondence, draft letters, proposals, reports, and presentations
• Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and oversee internal communication flow
• Take meeting minutes and prepare documentation for circulation
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders
• Act as liaison between the Board and internal/external parties
• Support school principals and executive leaders with administrative planning
• Ensure office systems are maintained efficiently, including filing and archiving
• Perform background research and produce briefing papers for board discussions
• Manage visitor protocols and represent the board in a professional manner
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor s or Master s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar executive or school-based role
• Experience in educational institutions preferred
Skills :
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent time management, research, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with KHDA regulations, school inspections, and academic compliance
• Professional, discreet, and culturally adaptable team player
