Gulf Medical University LLC is seeking a visionary and dynamic Dean to lead the College of Medicine. The Dean will provide strategic leadership, oversee academic excellence, foster research, and promote innovative medical education aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and administrative leadership for the College of Medicine
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational quality, research output, and community engagement
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of research, innovation, and continuous improvement
Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships with healthcare providers
Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure effectively
Represent the College of Medicine at institutional and external levels

Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with postgraduate specialization in a relevant field
Proven leadership experience in a medical education environment
Strong track record of scholarly research, publications, and grants
Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse academic community
Commitment to excellence in medical education and healthcare service
