Job Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote luxury properties, new developments, and services.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies to increase lead generation and brand visibility.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our premium brand image.
• Brand Positioning: Maintain and strengthen the La Maison Real Estate brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the Abu Dhabi real estate market to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and promote client events, property launches, and open houses to engage prospective buyers and investors.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and sales goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector or luxury goods/services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
