Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Assist users with technical problems and provide training if needed
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
Document support activities and escalate complex issues to higher-level support
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Good communication skills
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
