Merchandiser
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Arrange and maintain perfume displays to optimize customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising plans to meet sales targets.
• Ensure product pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising and make necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest new merchandising ideas.
• Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices.
Qualifications :
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for product presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
