Office Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
• Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide support and guidance as needed.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements :
• Fluency in Russian and English
• Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of office management software and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
