To develop and execute mental health programs ensuring measurable outcomes through digital and in-person engagement

Mental Health Services:

Conduct psychological assessments and provide the required therapy
Support clients with a range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records for reference
Ensure services address a full range of psychological needs across age groups and setting
Maintain the effectiveness of overall mental wellbeing programs

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Adhere to professional ethical codes, clinical protocols, and organizational policies with healthcare regulations and industry standards
Conduct audit and assessments to verify compliance to standards
Participate in supervision, training, and reflective practice
Respond proactively to possible risks and safeguarding issues and apply corrective actions when deviations are identified
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of client care

Patient Education:

Provide psychoeducation to members to improve mental health literacy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in care planning and reviews
Refer clients to appropriate services when the case requires it
Distribute educational material and ensure smooth accessibility
Represent the role of psychology within broader services.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve mental health services

Digital Services Management:

Use digital platforms for scheduling, documentation, and teletherapy when applicable
Learn and adapt to new systems as part of clinical practice
Mange digital support tools and provide mental health services through multiple engagement channels
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of medical engagement initiatives
Manage the cost allocated for mental health activities and ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency

Skills:

Experience in healthcare and patient management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and time management skills
Exposure in digital healthcare technologies
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Master’s degree is a plus
Valid Saudi Commision for Health Specialty (SCFHS) license
Experience in psychotherapy, virtual sessions, behavioral therapy

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology (Clinical or Behavioral therapy)
