Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Nursing, or related field.
Certification in Healthcare Quality or Improvement (e.g., CQE, CQIA) preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
