Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service.
Supervise and coordinate spa staff, including therapists and receptionists.
Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and supplies for the spa.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or similar role.
Certification in massage therapy or spa management is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in spa operations.
