Responsibilities:
Oversee all housekeeping operations within the property.
Develop and implement cleaning standards and procedures.
Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and team management skills.
