Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire Food & Beverage department, including outlets, banquets, and catering.
Develop menus in coordination with chefs and ensure quality standards.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
Enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
