Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
Prepare purchase orders and negotiate terms and contracts with vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Coordinate with departments to understand their procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
