Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all patient medical records accurately and securely.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Retrieve, file, and archive medical records as needed.
Update patient information in the hospital database.
Assist in coordinating medical documentation for billing, insurance, and audits.
Support administrative tasks related to patient records management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Records, Health Information Management, or related field.
Prior experience in medical records management preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations.
