The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads or sales. They oversee all digital channels, analyze performance metrics, and ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and website management.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Oversee content creation, curation, and publishing to engage target audiences.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics; adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and building online communities.
Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and external agencies to produce marketing materials.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure website and digital assets are optimized for search engines and user experience.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and content management skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or Hootsuite are a plus.
Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing.
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
