Seeking a highly skilled and certified Rigger 3 (Aramco Approved) to oversee and execute rigging operations for our construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant lifting and rigging activities in accordance with industry standards and Aramco requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute heavy lifting and rigging operations on construction sites.
Ensure all rigging activities are performed safely, adhering to company policies and Aramco standards.
Inspect and verify the condition of lifting equipment, slings, hooks, and other rigging gear before use.
Interpret technical drawings, load charts, and lifting plans to determine rigging procedures.
Operate cranes and other lifting machinery as required.
Supervise and guide rigging teams during lifting operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, lift plans, and safety checks.
Coordinate with project managers, safety officers, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents.
Provide training and guidance to junior riggers and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Aramco Approved Rigger 3 Certification.
Proven experience as a Rigger in large-scale construction or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, safety procedures, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and load charts.
Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in challenging environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA, ASME, or equivalent.
Preferred:
Experience working on projects in the oil & gas, infrastructure, or real estate development sectors.
Previous experience working in a multicultural environment.
