Key Responsibilities:
Support procurement team in issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Maintain supplier databases and evaluate supplier performance
Assist in obtaining quotes and negotiating prices
Prepare procurement documentation and reports
Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies and procedures
Coordinate with departments to forecast procurement needs
Handle administrative tasks related to procurement functions
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Prior experience in procurement or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (if applicable)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
