Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage offshore construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards
Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions
Ensure all offshore activities comply with ADNOC standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies
Review and approve construction methods, procedures, and work plans
Manage offshore construction crews and subcontractors, providing leadership and technical guidance
Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality control
Prepare progress reports, budgets, and resource plans for offshore activities
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid project delays

Requirements:

Proven experience in offshore construction management, specifically with ADNOC projects
Residing in UAE with valid work authorization
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering or related field
Extensive knowledge of offshore construction processes, safety standards, and ADNOC specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Willingness to travel and work in offshore environments for extended periods
