Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly
Manage user accounts, permissions, and data security
Perform regular system backups and updates
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures
Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and security protocols
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support, ideally in healthcare or similar environments
Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and network systems
Experience with healthcare management software is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
