We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
Assist in maintaining financial records and ledger entries
Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist with payroll processing and vendor payments
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial documentation
Support audit preparations and assist auditors as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as Accounts Assistant or similar role preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
