Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Supervise service staff to ensure high standards of customer service
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Manage inventory and assist in stock control
Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (minimum 3 years)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
